These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Veonary Studio’s website and services in Canada. By visiting or using our site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy practices. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Veonary Studio provides creative services. Additional terms may apply to specific projects, proposals, or statements of work. In case of conflict, the signed project agreement prevails over this page.

2. Eligibility #

You must have the legal capacity to form a binding contract in your province or territory of residence. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Children under the age of majority in their province/territory may use the site only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Veonary Studio and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed CAD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the previous three months for the relevant service, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
